North View Villa

This brand new 3 bedroom villa, new to the rental market, situated in a small quiet development, is ideal for family holidays. It has fantastic sea views, private swimming pool, fully air-conditioned and is a short 400m walk from the nearest beach, supermarket and cafe.

It is tastefully decorated to a high standard, with brand new contemporary furniture. It has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) with a maximum sleeping capacity of 8 (2 double beds, 2 single beds and a further 2 pull out beds). The master bedroom has an en-suite and balcony. The bathroom contains a shower, bath, sink and WC. All bedrooms have extensive fitted wardrobes. The galleried landing shows off the ground level to its best. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with blinds at all windows.

The open plan living space on the ground floor comprises of a lounge, with TV, DVD (with movies), satellite TV, sofas, air conditioning and patio doors to the swimming pool and patio area. This leads to the dining area and through to the fully fitted kitchen. The spacious kitchen is fitted to a high specification with granite worktops, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery and oven cook wear. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

The outside areas comprises of a patio area, furniture, private swimming pool and shower. If you want to eat al fresco at home there’s a wonderful built in fully lit barbeque for fun nights by the lighted pool. There is also a gated drive-way to provide secure off street parking.

The villa is managed by a local company whose services include pool maintenance, provision of bed linen and towels, change of linen and towels, a welcome pack and a visit within 24 hours of arrival.

The villa is situated in Penera, a suburb of Protaras, with a variety of beaches within walking distance - Agia Triada and Sirena Bay to name but two. There is a delightful marina at Agia Triada beach, which sees fishing boats dock in the small harbour each morning selling its catch of fresh fish each morning – ideal for the barb-a-cue in the evening! There is also a supermarket, cafe and delicious restaurant 500m away, with beach access.

A short drive along the main road westward, brings you to the heart of Protaras with its water park, the famous Fig Tree Bay and a wide variety of traditional Greek tavernas, bars and tourist shops. If you would prefer something livelier, there is the resort of Ayia Napa a further 10 minutes down the coastal road. In the opposite direction and only 1 mile away from the villa, you will find the small town of Paralimni. A lovely all year round small town offering old age Cypriot customs mixed with a new trendy town feel of designer shops catering for all tastes. Here you will find the supermarkets that offer ever thing under one roof.

Travel around the island is very straightforward as it is left hand drive and all of the signposts are in English. Taxi fares are very reasonable and there is also a good bus service which services both the local and wider area – ideal for exploring.

In the opposite direction and only 1 mile away you will find the small town of Paralimni. A lovely all year round small town offering old age Cypriot customs mixed with a new trendy town feel of designer shops catering for all tastes. Here you will find the supermarkets which offer ever thing under one roof. Apia Triada beach gardens is built on a small bay with fantastic golden sands which sees fishing boats dock in the small harbor each morning selling its catch of fresh fish (ideal for the barbie) Nearby and within 1/2 mile walking distance you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. You will also find the local bus stop taking you around the Island.
